I have a bit of a problem with allergies myself (gluten and lactose) but my boyfriend is the one I'm concerned about. He's allergic to sunflowers, lima beans, pistachios and cashews which puts a big damper on what I can make for meals because lot of recipes I've found call for sunflower seeds or cashews. I've tried pumpkin seeds and they're not bad but I need some variety. Any suggestions?
Hemp seeds, sesame seeds, chopped nuts he isn't allergic to such as peanuts, almonds.
