Hi Raw maniacs!!! For how long you have to dehydrate the almond flower. I did mine for 10 h at 100’F and it’s kind a burned or is it. I dont know if still raw.

Hi D&Z it definitely shouldn’t be burned at all, just really really dry and almost crunchy like. I will usually dehydrate till it’s crunchy, like overnight, and then process it in a coffee grinder till it’s fine. You should then store it in the refridgerator or freezer to keep it nice and fresh.

if its not burned why is kind a brown on top? i dehydarted it overnight
