Any weekly menus out there?

I’m a newbie that would really benefit by having access to a 1 or 2-week menu to help jump start me. I search and can’t seem to find one. Any one have something they can share with me? Thanks.

    can you get the raw food detox diet from your library? it has a whole plan. it’s great, and gets you into it slowly, depending on your “love”
