Since I've recently ordered a dehydrator and since me and all my cousins are going to see New Moon when it comes out - I'm not a huge fan but I do enjoy the movies - but anyway, not only is the cinema comically expensive for some reason they dont do raw food - shocking I know!
So, I thought I would smuggle in my own nachos and salsa! I think you call Nachos corn chips in American. Anyone got a good recipe for them and salsa?

For a salsa I'd keep it simple! tomato, lime juice, onion, cilantro, jalapeno? chunky but not too chunky mmm.. now I am craving mexican food :D

The salsa I make is easy to remember because it's theoretically one of everything - one small onion, one giant tomato, one clove garlic, one jalapeno, one bunch cilantro, juice of one lime. Dice it all small, or you can blend it a bit. Careful the proportion of onion to tomato...have some extra tomato handy if you need it.
