Back to Raw & got a Vitamix!
Hey, its taken a while but am getting back to raw after many life events, pregnancy, birth, first 18 months of Motherhood, PND & business start up, full time working & putting on 2 stone (eeek)!!.. Ive taken the plunge & got a vitamix & am loving it! I wanted to get some ideas though.. What' are your favourite things to make in it??.. Thanks in advance!
5 small tomatoes
Slice of onion
Small round of jalapeņo
Handful of green cabbage
= yummy tomato soup
Can add as available or to taste: basil, or cumin/ chile
I eat very simple, the more mono meals the more my body likes it. But I juice green and purple. And lunch is many veggies, and they do well together.
