Yeah- Is this a trick question…? What Kind of Bean are you talking about? I mean kidney bean sprouts aren’t supposed to be eaten and buckwheat sprouts in moderation but all of the ones like mung bean, alfalfa, chickpea- etc are awesome to eat. Go for it!

Those are mung bean sprouts. Definitely okay to eat raw! :)
YES!!! They are lovely and absolutely fine. They are easy to sprout yourself, they are mung bean sprouts.They grow like crazy, a monkey could sprout them!
