Blood Test Results..

So I was feeling like death (and looked like death too) I have been raw vegan for 9 months and people around me were starting to tell me that maybe I had an Iron, protein or b 12 deficiency.. So I went to a doctor for the first time in ages and had a full blood check. The test results came back today. Everything was perfect!! my B 12 was great, hormones, protein levels, folate, especially Iron!!! The nurse said that whatever I have been doing is working extremely well (thank you raw vegan love bliss eating) Oh, and it turns out I most likely had a mild virus which has well and truly passed. Yay!!!!

Oh wOW, what great news Lady Le Harle. Transition and detox can make a girl look and feel a little strange sometimes, I have looked in the mirror and gone “Yikes!!” a few times on this journey, LOL!

I donate plasma, and in order to do so, your blood protein levels have to be from 6-9. Well, I have never had above 6.3…and it was that high because I ate a massive hamburger the day before, and chicken junk. Anyway, that stuff has tons of protein. STILL, though, I only got 6.3. Well, after being 2 weeks completely raw, with lots of fruits, some greens, and very minimal pumpkin seeds, I went and gave blood. (2 days ago.) Well, guess what? I scored a 7.4! The lady who screened me said, it’s good that you finally got your protein up. Did you eat a bunch of steak? I laughed and said, nope, just a couple pumpkin seeds yesterday that were soaked. She looked at me really strange. Lol. So, soaking seeds does make them digestable, and you get plenty of protein from the fruits and greens too! :)
