Books on Raw Foodism
So far I've read 12 Steps to Being Raw, The Raw Revolution, The Sunfood Diet Success System, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Raw Food, The Raw Secrets, and probably more than that. Has anyone else read any of these? It seems like each book contradicts another in some way, but I'm getting the gist of a few things (like grains being bad for you and proper food combining).
My mom gave me 12 steps to being raw and thats what got me eating raw food. I love the way Victoria Boutenko writes. It's the only book on eating raw that I've ever read.
