Yes, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Depending on how dehydrated it is, it can keep for weeks. At times, I take dehydrated food with me for lunch or late-lunch… and I don’t refrigerate it. It still keeps well out of the fridge. But, it’s always best to refrigerate.
I have never refirgerated raw bread, or anything I have dehydrated. I dehydrate it till it is totally dry and then it just sits on my kitchen counter top until we eat it. I had some that lasted for literally months and still tasted the same as when it came out the dehydrator. I would have thought it would go a bit soggy in the fridge, no?
Hmmm, maybe I CAN eat that onion bread that’s been in our refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. :o)
