Buckwheat?

Hmmmmm…. Since buckwheat is not really wheat or a grain but a fruit…how does it combine per food combining rules?

As a seed/nut perhaps? Or still as a grain?

Help! I’m con-foos-ed!

    I think because it’s starchy it might combine as a grain, but I’m definitely no expert!

    I’m searching high and low and I’m inclined to think its going to fall into the starch category as well.
