Dehydrator question

Ok, so basically I’ve found that if i want to incorporate more raw foods into my diet I pretty much need a dehydrator. The only question I have is, won’t the foods I dehydrate become oxidized? I know that oxidized foods aren’t very good for you, so what happens to food being dehydrated? Thanks for the help.

  • All I know is if you put lemon juice on the stuff your dehydating it doesn’t no turn brown( I think that’s what your refering to when you say oxidizing).
