    Wheat and dairy are major contributors to cystic acne.

    Try a little vitamin E or shea butter to help with scarring.

  • Awesome and encouraging! I have had acne problems all my life, and lately they have gotten worse again. I am currently only about 50 percent raw because of an extended visit by a friend (and we share meals) but I can't wait to go all raw. I hope it will work as quickly for me as it does for you!
