I'm going to be attending a potluck with some friends of mine, and I wanted to bring a raw cheesecake. I looked around and saw some pics of the "Raw Pecan Turtle Cheesecake" from Sweet Gratitude, it looks SO GOOD!

Does anyone have the recipe, and can share it with me?

Thanks!
Cranberry

Check this link: http://books.google.com/books?id=5Lhuw3zwgucC&pg=PA102&lpg=PA102...

It looks like a good bit of the book is online here. Hope all the pieces for this recipe are there.

i don't think it's fair to list the recipe without permission from the authors. you should get someone to email you privately or just buy the book.

The link I posted is a published book preview. About 50 of the 200+ pages are posted there with a search option, etc. In addition, there are links to sites that sell the book. Since the information is readily available on the Internet, I saw no problem with posting the link. If I had copied it out of a book and posted it, I would agree that my actions were unethical. As it is, I saw it as sharing an advertisement.

Sorry if I offended anyone.

I won't buy recipe books if I don't get tempted/aware of them properly. Emtpdmom and JoyceH are what/who turn/s people like me onto the raw-books that we would overlook otherwise. :) Same with cook-books. I have to try a recipe or two first. I suppose because I'm on a low-budget. It helps you decide.
