I was just curious as to what people look for in raw restaurants. What dished strike your fancy?
Some classics if you will. Is it super important that there is also juicing or smoothies?
How many dishes do you expect to find on the menu and are you alright with them also serving
Cooked vegan food in the same space? Any feedback would be SUPER helpful!
I've enjoyed burritos and tacos the most at the raw food restaurants I've been to. I also liked the nori rolls and "burgers" I've had. I've not been as interested in the kelp noodles and kale salads as I make them all the time at home. However, I eat at raw restaurants very rarely since there aren't any close to my house. So, I'm more likely to eat the more labor intensive fancier dishes, but I couldn't eat those very often, just as a treat. If I ate there regularly, I'd eat the more simple noodles and salads. I do think it's important to have smoothies and juices.
