Everything I look at makes me want nauseous and want to vomit, especially dark greens like spinach, kale, and chard. I can barely stomach anything with sugar.. I tried eating a plum and felt sick to my stomach. What should I do?! My husband says that he thinks that it is indigestion, but I have not eaten much in the past couple days! What should I do?! Has anyone else felt this way before?
how long have you been eating raw? could it be detox? maybe your body is asking you to fast.
