I soaked some almonds and sunflower seeds this past weekend. This week has been so crazy I haven't had a chance to do anything with them. Can I throw them in the freezer until I'm ready to use them? Will this negate the "good" enzyme activity or nutritional content? If I can, do I need to dehydrate them first? Thanks!!
