frozen wheatgrass juice VS fresh lettuce juice

I’ve read from some sources that drinking an ounce of wheatgrass juice is the equivalent of 2.2 lbs of raw vegetables, other sources refute that claim. Frozen wheatgrass works out to about $1 per ounce. I can get a head of lettuce for about 50-80 cents, juice it, and get way more juice (it would taste awful though).

Which is better?
