i wanted to thank you for your awesome coconut opening technique! i’ve tried virtually every method, but i was never succesful as i’m rather tiny and not very strong, so always asked a male friend or my dad to open it. noooow i can do it by myself=) so thanks!

Cool blog. How did you get started on raw / chef at 17? At 17 I was the farthest from healthy and was polluting my body in many other ways than bad food ;).

A great interview! Richard is definitely one of my raw food ‘heroes’. He walks the talk and keeps it real basic and simple. While I love his YouTube videos, as a writer, I’m very biased toward the written word. Get that book finished! :)
