Hi Everyone - I've been eating raw food on and off since I was a kid. Now i'd like to try full-time. Can anyone give me any advice on how to start?
I'm interested in knowing how eating "cold" food affects one in the winter time... I must admit I do love some hot comfort food when it's cold & miserable outside ;)
Forgot to tell my story - silly me. I had my gall bladder removed late in 09 and since then i've been having unmentionable side-effects which I won't go into here!!!!
I have the feeling that going raw (most of the time) will help me to feel better. I'm off to julienne some zucchini's for pasta! lol
