Going on the master cleanse tomorrow!

Wondering if anyone wants to do it with me? I could use some support n such :) After the cleanse I'm going to start eating raw!

    I would love to, but I've got too many food commitments the next few weeks. I am going to do my first around January 11th.

    I'm a day ahead of you, started on Saturday. :)

    This is my fourth MC, and I'm surprised to find that even the first few days seem to get easier each time. Day 1 was nowhere near as hard this time as it was on my first MC!

    I switch back and forth between lemons and limes, but have mostly limes right now. :)

    Ahh I started on the 9th and I'm sooooo ready for it to be over. This is the hardest MC I've ever done! I'm ending on Christmas Eve, so I'll be here with you guys when you start!

    Do you get your local grocer to buy your lemons/limes in bulk? or do you have a tree? for those who have done this one or more times, what do you think is the best way to get the fruit?

    oh my gosh. A friend of the family just gave me ALL of the lemons off her tree. I am going to be starting the day after Christmas

    wtg guys! i just got done with an 8 day juicing. It really helped me mellow out for the holidays. Im planning on juicing again after the holidays just to clear out the crud.

    i never thought of using limes on the mc- how funny is that. i love limes. next time...

    Bringing this back up. I would really like to start tomorrow, as I have a ton of lemons that need to be used immediately. I will be traveling over the weekend.

    Has anyone done the MC while away from home? Should I wait until I'm back on the 12th?

    If I wait, is it okay to juice the lemons now and throw them in ice cube trays and freeze until then?

    Its more benficial to keep the juice in the lemons then to squeeze it and store it.

    That is what I figured, but these lemons REALLY need to be used, and I'm worried about going out of town while on the cleanse for the first time.

    I think I'm going to go through them and see how many can keep another week.

    I started yesterday and I feel great! I can't believe the energy I have. (I also can't believe I was worried about lacking energy)
