Green Tea

I am very new too raw and have not seen anywhere that green tea is wrong... but yet I get a feeling that green tea isn't for the raw food world...

Does anyone know the deal around/about teas? which are an okay and which to stay away from?

I have always loved my Green tea with a splash of milk, but now use Almond milk instead. which taste just as good. :)

I really do not want to cut my tea out because I am a recovering popohalic :) hehe and the tea really helps me to stay away from the pop.

Any help would be very welcomed!

The herbal teas i mentioned above are better because they are caffeine free which green tea isn't. Rooibos is a good caffeine free tea and is higher in antioxidants than green or white tea.

White tea is also a better choice than green due to lower caffeine levels and higher antioxidants.
