Hello!

Thought I’d quickly introduce myself before just jumping in. I’m Ginger, I have been fairly health conscious for some time now and was just recently introduced Raw by a friend who let me borrow a Raw cookbook, Eat Smart Eat Raw I think was the name? Then I was telling my mom about it and she gave me a Raw book, Dining in the Raw, that she had along w/ some other Whole Foods books…I started trying different sprouts this week, quinoa and wheat so far, have buckwheat and sunflowers growing as we speak, can’t wait to try them! Anyway, I’m anxious to learn from all of you.

    Cool! Good to “meet” you! Can’t wait to read more of your posts/ideas/questions. I have been eating mostly raw for almost 3 years, but I want to learn to use sprouted wheat – let me know how it goes and what you make with it!
