Most soups are very easy, assuming you have a good blender.
My suggestions (not really a recipe) is to try a new fruit or vegetable a couple times a week. And try mixing them up. I usually have a fruit salad for breakfast- and I try to not constantly have all the same thing. One week it might be apples, bananas, grapes and walnuts. Then another time avacados, celery, bananas and almonds. (Okay- I mix a some veggies in there sometimes too)
Anyways- trying new fruits and veggies (and combining them) makes it interesting to me.
i would say learn how to make:
a green smoothie
a flax cracker
a good salad dressing
those are the mainstays of my raw diet
