hey there. i tried replying to the other forum topic you started but it disappeared on me.
anyway,
1) when i typed “meal plan” in the forums section i got a whole bunch of thread where people listed what they ate.
2) this is a great one that has helped me a lot: http://www.lytnyc.com/fyi_xml/ComboSheet.pdf it has suggestions for transitional stages, SIMPLE food combining, etc…
3) natalia rose’s books are very educational in terms of meal plans and the logic behind them (just close your eyes for the non-vegan parts ;) )
4) my daily ritual goes like this:
a few glasses of water with lemon
fruit until noon if still hungrymorning juice
{wait 30 minutes, or more, until i’m hungry}
green smoothie (i make mine almost black with greens, but i’ve worked up to that)
LUNCH
green smoothie (either banana & sub-acid fruit based, or tomato-celery-cuke based—more of a soup)
OR sometimes a chopped salad of greens, celery, tomato etc…
DINNER
HUGE green salad with raw dressing and 1/2 avocado if desired
with,
(raw) marinated greens, or veggie ribbons and sauce, or raw-sagna, or raw-violi, or other dishes on this site…
OR
(not raw) steamed veggies, or cooked starch like quinoa

Thank you so much , yes it helps! i erased my last topic because it sounded like a complaint kind of when i read it…i also love that you responded because this is so new and i am feeling alone in the kitchen…i think i am detoxing today and i am having a tough time just getting off my couch, i just want to sit with a blanket on and have somebody else prepare my raw food for me, so thats why i want to see how you all do this everyday and still take care of the rest of your family/life! this helps, thanks a bunch!
