Hi, I'm new here

I’m a 22-year-old mom living in NH. I’ve been vegetarian since I was 16, 100% vegan for the past year, and I’m looking to transition to a 75-100% raw diet. I’ve been looking over the recipes and I can’t wait to try some of the delicious-looking soups! I’m so happy to find this place.

Hey Justine! welcome to Gone Raw;)

Hey island tribe, the almond mash can be used to made a porridge of some sort. Just stir in some agave and cinnamon or just add some fresh fruit. It can also be used to make pie crusts by combining with dry fruit like dates, raisins, figs, prunes, etc. Hope that sounds good to you :)

Hi Justine: Welcome! There are a few ideas on this forum thread for using almond meal (mush). One of my favorites is the recipe for cinnamon rolls. Yum!
