Just saying "hi" to everyone and wish them a fabulous fall! I am a 37 yr. old married, mom of 2 full-time 4 part-time Grandma ALL-THE-TIME! I practice the RAW style 99% of the time (I do fall for a baked potatoe about twice a month)...what can I say, I am a true Idahoan! I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and decided to "lick" it by going vegan and then raw just followed along! I LOVE uncooking and trying recipes on my non-raw family!
I love being active....mountain biking, well ok really it is trail riding, running(5K at the most), and YOGA!!!!
