Juice fasting and Bowel movements?

I’ve just started day 1 of a juice fast. I plan on fasting for under a week (just going with the flow) and have read that it is a good idea to have daily enemas.
Is there another way of doing this cleansing without the enema equipment? Maybe salt water flushes (yuck) or other recipes?
