for kombucha brewers out there

Hey! just curious:

to all those kombucha brewers, approximately how long do your batches take (in respect to how large your batch is)? Mine always takes 20 days to a month, and I was just wondering if it's generally the same for everyone else.

    i do a gallon at a time and it take me 10 days.

    About a week, but I make less than a gallon at a time. When the weather is colder it takes longer.
