I had the pleasure of taking a raw Thanksgiving class from Bruce Horowitz this past year. I’d highly recommend his classes if you are in the area. The class was fun, the meal at the end was incredible and Bruce was even kind enough to share a couplerecipes with Gone Raw. I’m hoping to at least make the Thai class, if not more!

Definitely, I’ll post as I know of classes. There are a couple coming up. March 24th is Cheese and Crackers and March 31 is Bread and Breakfast. The classes are $45 each, 11 am to 1:30 pm. The dates may change by a week or so, so be sure to check in at The Sun Kitchen.
