losing too much weight?
hey you rawfoodies :) im raw a week now... and i lost some weight but i was allready reall skinny before. i mean i knew i was gonna lose some but i dont wanna lose more. is it going to balance itself after a while, should i eat cooked again if i lose even more? i mean i was really really skinny even before going raw you know
It should balance itself out, but maybe you need to make sure you are getting enough calories to maintain your weight. Good Luck :-)
I think the thing that really surprised me at first was how much you need to eat volume wise. The calorie density is a consideration I think some newbies don't make. You have to eat a much larger volume than on the SAD diet. Once I figured that out and the right balance of seeds and nuts for me, weight maintenance was actually much easier for me than when I was eating a cooked, non vegan diet. The vegan diet agrees with me so much better, I absorb and maintain a healthier weight.
