Just wanted to let everyone know about my e-book Me Raw: You Cooked. I wrote it with my 'cooked' husband and it's split in to three parts.
Part 1 is about what happened to us when I went raw (quite a story!) and how we dealt with it.
Part 2 is split in to two parts: - the first, aimed at the raw partner, talks about what can go wrong and how to deal with it. The second, aimed at the cooked partner, talks about how to deal with the changes in your raw partner.
Part 3 contains recipes which can be eaten cooked or raw, or be easily adapted to satisfy both.
I think it's the first of its kind as there doesn't seem to be much out there on this HUGE subject. If you have any questions let me know.
