metabolic typing question

Hello everyone. I have a question for a select few who know what i am talking about, and fall under the same category that i do. Do any of you know about the different metabolic types we have. I have read a few books on this and some people metabolize there food too fast (fast oxidizer) so they need to eat more protein and fat to maintain optimum energy, alertness, sense of being full, etc. Also some people can be “slow oxidizers” and require less protein and fat to benefit them the most. This is a real thing people, we are all different in our outward appearance and personality, however we are all different in how we digest, assimilate nutrients, and all that. So i was just wondering if there are any “protein types” like me out there. I am having trouble maintaining a sense of fullness when i eat. I am trying to eat a lot of nuts and seeds (soaking the ones that need to be) as well as avocados. But for a protein type, it is recomended that the person eats about 50% of their meal to be a concentrated protein source. I suggest if you haven’t, to read the book conscious eating by Gabriel Cousens. He is a raw vegan, and is extremeley knowledgeable on everything about nutrition from the perspective of a raw foodist. Also being a protein type doesn’t mean you have to consume the 50% in terms of calories, that would be terrible for your body, i only consume up to maybe 60 grams a day of protein, the 50 % represents the amount of food that one would eat in a meal in terms of that concentrated protein food takes up about half the volume of a meal. I need advice from you guys on some good protein sources that could help me feel satisfied. Sorry this is soooo long, but i ten to get carried away!! Thanks everyone
