Okay, so lately I’ve been pulling alot of leg muscles…
probably from running and such activities, but I don’t really understand why..
I’m sure that I’m not overdoing it… I’m lucky if I can run once a week.. and I used to do it alot more.
I pulled my achilles at one point, my lower thigh, and now my upper thigh (right near the hip almost)
I’m wondering if anyone knows food (nutrients and vitamins and such) that’ll help it heal fast
and what I might be missing that are causing them?... anyone think its salt?
I’m not 100% raw, so non-raw stuff is ok to suggest (I need to get rid of the limp, haha)
