My all time favorite choc treat I make are Chocolate coconut haystacks..I make these for my coworkers and they love them.
In a food processor , process a handful each of nuts, coconut, and goji berries (or any dried fruit really - i've used apricots)
melt a good amount ( about 1 cup) of dark chocolate over low heat
after its melted, stir in the rest of ingredients. The mixture should be thick enough to be able to spoon tablespoons onto baking sheet with parchment paper. Pop in the freezer to let them harden.
FORGOT TO ADD: Raw chocolate please :P
Kitty: Oh I've made them before...I ate them all myself. There amazing, but I want something to put in moulds. :)
I've never tried apricots or goji in it before...*gets dreaming*
