I was looking through cornbleets recipe book for hummus. found one, I have been craving jalapeno cilantro hummus... well i said, aww heck, I can do that! sure enough, i got REALLY close. YUM YUM YUM... I've been doing better on my raw transition, and have been doing grilled veggies at times to help cravings. One thing i've noticed is this time my mind must be made up because I am not really craving anything besides chocolate. I was just checking in and reading posts... if you want to make the hummus add lime juice, cilantro and fresh pepper.
Oh, when I get an electric blender I certainly will be making pepper hummus and pates etc. I have a mechanical one- it works for some things but I don't think it would whizz up raw peppers soft enough.
