A good friend of mine is transitioning to a vegetarian diet and is excited to start adding more raw foods to their life. What are some easy transitioning recipes you would suggest, especially for someone with a bit of a sweet tooth. And, any advice overall?
Smoothies with lots of fruit and some greens snuck in there. Avocados always satisfy the body until your friend gets used to not have a full stomach. Tropical and exotic fruits are great for the adventurous type and are super sweet. Flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds and almonds are great source of protein are are filling. If I think of anything else I will def tell you :)
