New to Gone Raw
I just discovered this raw food forum and thought I'd play with y'll. I've been a raw foodist for about 14 years. The first year was 100% and the following years have included some cooked. Actually, I think it's important for me to stay away from the % mentality and rather follow my heart and body. I did a 92 day juice feast in from Oct to Jan of "08...great experience. I was just snacking on onion bread and eggless egg salad...so yummy. It was my last piece of onion bread; will have to make a new batch soon. I still have 1/2 of a pan of tiramisu from a workshop I gave last night. My guests really enjoyed it!

Do you know Matt Amsden and RAWVolution? I have tweaked his onion bread recipe. Check it out on his website. For my taste it's a little heavy on the nama.
