Just found this amazing site this afternoon, am really impressed and excited to see such a huge and lively raw community!!

I have been Vegan for 10 years and now the past 6 months transitioning to RAW with the past month 90% or more raw. Feeling great and full of new energy and “raw-ness” for life!!

After being very unwell with crohns this has been a complete miracle and means I have gone from taking 30 plus tablets a day for painrelief etc to now 0!! yes 0!!!

Hello, that is great how you have beaten the Crohns. I remember a doctor telling my friend that it was incurable and he’d have to have surgery, and be on steroids for the rest of his life. I bet you feel great, congratulations!
