Welcome! Cool story … I’m new to raw, and I find that raw food has affected me as well, although I don’t know the full extent of change awaiting me as I am raw for longer. I feel more optimistic about the future, now that I don’t fear disease/weight gain/cancer/heart disease like I used to. I’m looking for a career change – from secretary to horse trainer.

A naturopath career sounds exciting.. there is so much need for alternative medicine, for those who have the answers and who are aware of the raw lifestyle. Best of luck with your new path!

Very cool! The more raw food businesses the better, I say! Congratulations on your coming marriage, too :) I have been eating mostly raw, most of the time for almost 3 years. The past week was the last time I go to cooked food – Even though it was whole-grain, no sugar, no chemicals, etc. – I felt awful and my blood sugar levels have been through the roof! I went back to all raw today, and the more raw food I ate throughout the day, the better and better I have felt! After not sleeping well for 3 nights, I am surprised at how good I feel tonight – the raw food has made all the difference – amazing! I got out of bed this morning and felt I couldn’t move or function. I went to buy vegetables and came home and nibbled on some raw olives while I started to prepare food. Then I found some leftover raw brownie, and started to feel better after eating that. I just couldn’t seem to stop – with each thing I ate throughout the day, my energy and mood improved! I am converted like I haven’t been before.
