This may have been answered before but I’m having problems searching the Forums…
I am not 100% raw vegan but try to follow a high raw diet. I found out yesterday that I’m pregnant and now, more than ever, a healthy diet is important to me.
My question is are there any raw foods or superfoods that are off limits when pregnant. Specifically I wonder about these (because I love them!):
– GT’s Kombucha
– maca powder
– raw cacao
– miso (not technically raw maybe but I enjoy)
Any other herbs off limit? Anything anyone would recommend? Advice is much appreciated!!
