Have you tried using a support that is put in your shoes. You can buy them at most grocery stores, and there are even stores that just fit you for the inserts if you want to get a little pricier. That is my first thought. Also, if you can put one foot up on something and alternate from time to time, that takes pressure off of your feet, knees, hips, and spine. Hope that gives you a start!
