In Rawsome!, Brigitte Mars says quinoa can be eaten after soaking it for 6 hours. Has anyone tried this? I’ve also read it has a spicy flavour, which I find very interesting since I remember the cooked taste as very bland. Thanks!
I actually had some quinoa soaked and sprouted. I personally did not like it, it was crunchy , not what you would expect, because the cooked version is soft like rice. It reminds me of bird seed.
