Since I was last back east and visted Quintessence's in East Village New York City for lunch with my mother, I have been craving sooooo bad there Big Moc burger. Talk about out of this work good!!!! I could eat one a day and be a happy girl.
They have some free recipes on there site so check it out. All there food is mmmmm mmmm good!

Thank you for sharing, Bellasera. Their recipes sound delicious and the pictures are fabulous. I bookmarked the page for future reference. Wish I lived near NYC so I could visit.

I keep hearing about this place, I think I'm going to have to check it out later this month when I have some time to get into NY City. I'm thinking Feb break sounds like a good time hop on a train and head down.

I have to agree...I love the place. Especially the pesto pizzas!
