RAW AGAVE

I have heard several different things about what is or isn’t really raw. One of the foods I heard that was “NOT” raw is raw agave (even if it says its raw on the label). SOOO, I emailed Madhava and asked them if their agave is raw. This is what they replyed with…

“Thank-You for your interest in Madhava Raw Agave. It is heated in processing but never over 115 degrees qualifying it for Raw Classification. Thanks Again! Sincerely, Marvin VanCamp Madhava”
