I have had this bread. We went to the cafe in Las Vegas. It is a great store (lot of raw stuff you would buy online otherwise). I bought several flavors of the bread and I was so excited but it wasn’t that good. It was pretty bland. The texture was OK – crunchy. But I had to eat it with something very flavorful on it to eat it. Lots of it I never ate and ended up bringing to potlucks to get rid of it. Same thing with the breadsticks. If they put more flavor in the bread it would be alot better. It is made my the Raw Makery. Just my opinion, but I wouldn’t buy it again. (it is pretty expensive too))

Thanks for the advice!! I’m really glad you posting regarding the flavor. I didn’t want a huge order, only to find that i didn’t like it. Agreed, it is rather expensive. For that price i’d expect the bread to be fantastic, and it’s not.

In april 08, another person stressed that they did NOT like the products from raw makery. Thread is here

Instead, order from Lydia’s Organics here

    Neat website.

Btw Winona, I checked your website… and really like the curry paste recipes you have. I love Thai; I love Panang. I don’t make Thai food at home, but I am going to have to find galangal (whatever that is) and try some of your recipes.
