raw cacao recipe

Hi has any one a good tasting recipe without raw cacao?

Most are full of nuts or avocado or banana and very heavy, they fall as a brick on my stomach.. Alternatives to combine it with?

    Do you mean with raw cacao and without nuts, avocados or bananas OR without any of the above ingredients?

    It makes a nice milkshake if nut milks are ok and of course nice chocolates! Kate Wood mixes cacao nibs into coleslaw in Raw Magic and has several other recipes like that. Otherwise I can't think of many recipes which dont have nuts or avocados or bananas in. Sorry - hope somone else does better.
