Raw Chef Certification in PA

Hello all,
The raw restaurant we frequent in New Oxford, PA (Loving Life Cafe) just started to teach their own chef certification classes and also have other classes to choose from.

That is very interesting. Do you know how far they are from Phila.? Are you going to do the certification?

About 2.5 hours from Philly.
It’s 1.5 hours from where I live in Virginia… 2 states down. Wow.
