I’m currently a vegan breastfeeding my 2 month old daughter. I’d like to switch to a 75-100% raw vegan diet, but I’m concerned about the detox process. I’ve heard that the raw diet is very cleansing and releases toxins. I’m worried about the toxins being released into my breastmilk. Any suggestions for how to prevent this? Should I convert slowly?

I was a vegetarian for 7 years,and I’m eating raw for 2 months now. That’s true that you are going to have a huge cleansing. I think that if you brush your skin every time you take a shower,the huge majority of your toxins goes to your colon.
That was what happened with me.I didn’t have any problem with my skin,or any thing else but a huge elimination process,and I’m pretty sure that the skin brushing has a lot to do with that.
