Introduction to Raw Food:

  • aw, sounds great for a little fieldtrip for me from norway! but i cant make it now, my budget is quuuuite strict at the moment. Are you hosting something like this next spring perhaps? Nope, I just noticed you were moving to the US… what a shame :(

  • ZoeZoe Raw Newbie

what a shame! we did have an English woman come over for a class, and she lives in Norway…bet you thought you were the only Norweigan Raw fooder!!

Hi Zoe: How far are you folks from London?

  • ZoeZoe Raw Newbie

Hi Kandace, We are 4 hours from London by train or car, a couple by plane. We have a room set up for b&b sometimes people come from very far away and need to stay the night. We’d love to have you here!

  • Yea, actually I did think I was the only one who knew what Raw Food was in Norway. I’ve been looking for raw support groups and stuff but the only ones I can find are in Denmark.

I’m not 100% raw quite yet, I’m just on my way!

  • ZoeZoe Raw Newbie

Yeah, the woman who came to our class said it wasn’t a really heard of thing in Norway. You might just have to start up your own group and change all that!

  • Mariennord, you’re not alone! I’m a foreigner in Norway so having these strange ideas like eating fresh food isn’t quite a shocker ;)

Like Zoe suggested, you should take a course in raw food, there’s a place in Sweden that gives classes (http://www.levandefoda.se), and you can teach others in Norway, especially since you’re in Oslo.

You’d probably be a first and could easily make a living off that :)
