Raw Food Prep Class - Pittsburgh PA
Allow me to invite you to join me in welcoming Jackie and Gideon Graff, 2 renowned raw food chefs to Pittsburgh the weekend of May 1, 2 and 3.
Visit www.grace.eventbrite.com to register for 2 day class and www.eastend.eventbrite.com for a 2 hr. introduction.
For a flyer attachment please send me your email address that describes a bit about the Graff’s and the class they have been offering to students all across the country as they travel and live on the road in their RV for the sole purpose of teaching people how to transition from the SAD (Standard American Diet) to the raw food revolution that is growing in popularity because of it’s extreme health benefits.
The attachment includes information about enrollment online for this exciting weekend of fun filled raw food prep classes. If this is an area of interest to you or someone you may know, again, I invite you to join myself and others who are committed to supporting a healthier lifestyle.
In my own personal quest to master the raw cuisine lifestyle, I created a project for 2009 called “Dining with Grace” where I have 6 budding raw foodies to my home once a month to demonstrate one of their favorite fast, easy and delicious recipes. After all of the 6 dishes are complete we proceed with the dining experience.
Well, this is exactly what the Graff’s do, except that they are the ones doing all the demonstrating of 50 + recipes, and all participants are fed breakfast, lunch and dinner for the each day of their class (as well as during the 2 hour introduction on Friday night.)
With health and love in mind,
Grace
I live in Pittsburgh and this is the coolest thing that has ever happened to me haha I do have a question though. Since it is at your home, do the 6 people sleep at your house or just come back the next day?
Hi Joanna, I am so happy to hear that you are as excited as I am. No you won't sleep at my place. I think you have the 2 events confused. My Dining With Grace evenings are at my house and they begin at 7pm on the 4th Friday of each month. the 2 Raw chefs I've invited to town are holding a class that has a cost involved. there is an introduction on Friday night at the East End Food Coop and the food they prep along with Q&A is what the people will eat (cost $39); then there is a 2 day course from 10 - 6 on Sat & Sun...all food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the cost of $350 for 1 person to attend. I can give more details if you want.
Grace
